As one of the few pallet manufacturers in Germany, we own a modern and fully automated planing plant.
Dried long products are automatically unstacked by the system and planed from all four sides. The finished wood is then sawn to the desired size and automatically stacked into a stack.
The use of planed boards in production enables the production of pallets with high demands on surface quality. Due to the high variability and performance of the planing mill, almost all pallet types can be offered with this capacity. With the extraction during the planing process, the blanks are free of sawdust and dust. Pallets made of these blanks can also be used in dust-sensitive areas such as the food industry.
